अधिवक्ता हड़ताल मामला

एडवोकेट सिद्धार्थ नरूला ने बताया  की जो मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय ने अधिवक्ताओं द्वारा हड़ताल को गैरकानूनी बताया था उस सिलसिले में  सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील की गई जिसमें नोटिस जारी कर शासन से जवाब मांगा गया अधिवक्ताओं के लिए और उनके हक के लिए यह पिटिशन बड़ी मायने रखती है क्योंकि हड़ताल एक लोकतंत्र का विरोध जताने का हिस्सा है और अगर उसी से ही अधिवक्ताओं को वंचित कर दिया जाए तो वह कैसे  अपना विरोध या मांगे कर सकेंगे .

Slp accepted against the order Passed by Hon. High Court of Madhya Pradesh 

The matter was listed on 12-11-2018. on behalf of the  Advocates, Mr. S. K. Gangele, a retired High Court Judge,    Argued before the Court that the directions issued by the  Division Bench are contrary to the provisions of Advocate’s Act.

In argue  :- Mr. S. K. Gangele said, The directions infringe the fundamental rights of the Advocates  guaranteed under article 14 and 21 of the Constitution and  Hon’ble Division Bench has enacted legislation which is beyond  the jurisdiction of the High Court. The Hon’ble Supreme Court . issued notices on the SLP.
